GrandCarWashes provides professional car wash, detailing, and ceramic coating services designed to protect and enhance your vehicle’s appearance. All work is carried out to a high professional standard, using quality materials and products.
Payments and Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Once a service has been booked, paid for, or completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes deposits, prepayments, and completed services.

We strongly encourage customers to ask any questions prior to booking to ensure full understanding of the service being provided.
Aftercare and Maintenance

Following ceramic coating or detailing services, clear aftercare instructions will be provided.

To maintain the durability and longevity of your ceramic coating, only GTECHNIQ aftercare products are to be used, as recommended by GrandCarWashes.

Failure to follow these aftercare guidelines may result in reduced coating performance, for which GrandCarWashes cannot be held responsible.
Customer Support and Advice
We are always happy to offer additional guidance, advice, and product recommendations to help you maintain your vehicle. However, please note that this assistance does not constitute grounds for a refund or partial refund.
Liability
GrandCarWashes will not be held liable for any damage, deterioration, or issues resulting from improper aftercare, use of non-approved products, environmental conditions, or third-party work carried out after our service.
